Terms of Service.
1. Introduction
Welcome to 22C Corporate Consulting. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These Terms govern the use of all services including website design, social media marketing, professional photography, and workplace coaching (“Services”).
Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our website or services.
2. Services Provided
22C Corporate Consulting provides the following professional services:
Website Design & Development: Design, development, SEO, maintenance.
Social Media Marketing: Strategy, content production, account management, paid campaigns.
Commercial Photography: UCG content, product photography, editing, licensing rights.
Coaching Services: One-on-one coaching for workplace navigation and professional development.
All services are provided under written contracts that define deliverables, timelines, payment schedules, intellectual property rights, and usage terms.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide all necessary materials, access, and information to enable 22C to deliver services.
Respond to communications, approvals, and feedback in a timely manner.
Ensure accuracy and legality of all materials provided (text, images, logos, third-party assets).
Pay invoices according to agreed terms.
Failure to comply may result in delays or additional fees.
4. Payment Terms
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure project commencement.
Balance: Remaining balance is due upon completion.
Methods:
International Global Payments accepted via payment link.
Local South African Payments accepted via payment link, card or bank transfer.
Non-Delivery: Due to the nature of digital products, delivery will not be effected until full payment is settled in full.
5. Refunds & Cancellations
All sales are final.
No refunds are offered for completed work or delivered services. Clients will be given the opportunity to review the work before final completion and delivery.
Coaching sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. Missed or canceled sessions without notice are forfeited.
Prepaid packages must be used within 3 months from purchase; unused sessions expire thereafter.
6. Intellectual Property
All original work created by 22C Corporate Consulting remains the intellectual property of 22C until full payment is received.
Upon full payment, clients receive usage rights as defined in the service agreement.
Clients may not reproduce, resell, or distribute our work beyond agreed usage without written consent.
7. Confidentiality & Data Protection
22C Corporate Consulting will maintain confidentiality of client information and data.
Client data may be stored securely for the purposes of delivering services and invoicing.
We comply with applicable data protection laws in South Africa.
8. Limitation of Liability
22C Corporate Consulting is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, financial results, or revenue increases.
9. Dispute Resolution
All disputes arising from or relating to our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through mediation.
If unresolved, disputes shall be governed by the laws of South Africa and submitted to the competent courts with the minimum applicable monetary jurisdiction.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the contract in writing if the other party materially breaches the Terms or service agreement.
Termination does not relieve the client of payment obligations for services already delivered or in progress.
11. Changes to Terms
22C Corporate Consulting reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the website with the effective date. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
